
For small projects (usually less than $1000 USD) Niya Design's standard terms are 50% of the estimate in advance to start the project for the work being carried out, 25% for Approved Design and 25% upon satisfactory completion of the project

25% - for Approved Design
25% - Upon satisfactory completion of the project
Design project price is based upon client's first email request and
the price stated may change if the client wishes to add
more webpages, graphics, forms or any other design element
that is not stated at the beginning of contract.
Payment for Best Value Packages, PreBuilt Web Sites, domain and hosting services are to be made 100% immediately.
Payment method : PayPal, Cash, Major Credit Cards thru PayPal, Western Union
Niya Design reserves the right to refuse any new design changes until quote is re-negotiated
and/or more money is required up front.
Niya Design reserves the right to terminate design contract at anytime if client is uncooperative or difficult to work with,
for example, client always changes his/her mind, by adding/editing images, color or any changes, after page design is approved.
Design completion is usually within 3 days - 1 month depending upon type of projects, client's cooperation and indecisiveness,
new objects / materials / design additions, waiting to receive projects specifications, etc.
Once the web design has been approved by the client and other webpages have been completed using the approved design,
any modification / editing of the web design, text changes, graphics / images alterations, etc.. is at an additional cost to the client.
Design work will be released to you when the balance in total (the remaining - 25%) is paid.
For larger projects I am more than happy to negotiate schedules to break the payments down into thirds or quarters.
I can also offer financing and payment terms beyond 35/35/30 terms.
All custom made images, web pages, custom logos,
will not be released to you with copyright privileges unless,
otherwise specified by me.

- Discuss Your Requirements :
Please tell me about your business and provide me with design ideas you have for your dream web site.
- Negotiate Cost of the Project
- You Deposit the 50% Advance Payment ( Terms of Payment ) of total project's cost along with materials / contents / specifications for the creation of your website.
- Review : After reviewing your specifications, I will contact you for additional info if question arises.
- Demo : When everything is clear, you will be provided with a link to the first design demo.
- Your Comment : Please let me know what you think about the demo website and changes needed.
- Refine, Test & Adjust : Yes, I will modify the design as per your request.
- Demo # 2 : I'll provide you with a link to a modified website. You check it and approve the design / theme.
Once the design/theme is approved, you pay 25% for Approved Design. ( Terms of Payment )
- Complete the Website : I'll complete and run your website based on the Approved Design.
- You Pay 25% : Upon the satisfactory completion of the web design
